Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

This policy explains what information Evidlab (“we”, “us”) collects through evidlab.com, how it is used, and how you can have it deleted. Evidlab is an early-stage company based in Houston, Texas.

What we collect

The only information we ask you for is the email address you enter in the Apply form. Together with it, the form submits the name of the form and a hidden anti-spam field that should stay empty.

Like any website, our hosting provider automatically receives technical data when you load a page — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — as part of normal server operation.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies of our own on this site.

Where it goes

We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else, except where required by law.

Why we use it

We use your email address only to respond to your application — for example, to schedule a free safety scan or discuss an evaluation — and for related follow-up about that application. We do not add you to a marketing list.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your application, or until you ask us to delete them.

How to delete your data

Email matt@evidlab.com from the address you submitted (or tell us which address it was) and ask us to delete it. We will delete your submission from Netlify Forms and the related notification emails from our inbox, and confirm by email. You can also ask us what information we hold about you.

Evaluation data

This policy covers the website only. Data exchanged during an evaluation engagement (such as model access or test transcripts) is governed by the separate agreement for that engagement, including a Business Associate Agreement where required.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date above.
