Terms of Use
Last updated: October 7, 2026
These terms apply to your use of evidlab.com, operated by Evidlab (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them.
Information on this site
Content on this site describes our evaluation services and is provided for general information. Examples — including the evidence dossier excerpt, run numbers, and metrics — are illustrative and do not describe any specific customer or product.
Nothing on this site is medical, legal, or regulatory advice. Compliance and certification decisions remain with regulators and your organization.
Applications, free scans, and paid evaluations
Submitting the Apply form is a request to be contacted; it does not create an agreement or obligate either party. We may decline or prioritize applications at our discretion.
The free safety scan covers 250 scenarios with findings included. A full evaluation and evidence dossier is a paid engagement. Any scan or evaluation is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out scope, data handling, confidentiality, and fees; that agreement prevails over these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site — for example, by submitting false or spam applications, attempting to disrupt the site, or accessing it in ways it was not intended to be accessed.
Intellectual property
The site’s content, design, and the Evidlab name and logo belong to Evidlab. You may not copy or reuse them except as permitted by law.

The site links to third-party services such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.
